Are you fan of Nicaraguan tobacco? The 1502 Blue Sapphire is a beauty of a Nicaraguan Puro! That's right, filler, binder and wrapper are all from Esteli, Condega and Jalapa growing regions of Nicaragua.
This cigar is one that baffles me every time I enjoy it. There is a lovely balance of dark chocolate, little earth, spice and a hint of blueberry rind notes...I know you can say I'm full of it with the blueberry not but it does hit me every time.
Regardless if you get the flavor notes or not let me tell you if you're a fan of Nicaraguan tobacco this is one to try.
